यह जानकारी केवल आपकी शिकायत/अनुरोध के समाधान, उसकी स्थिति बताने और वार्ड के काम की सूचना देने के लिए इस्तेमाल होती है। शिकायतों का रिकॉर्ड हमारी टीम के सुरक्षित रजिस्टर (Google Sheets) में रखा जाता है, जिस तक केवल कार्यालय की टीम की पहुँच है।This information is used only to resolve your grievance/request, update you on its status, and share news of the ward's work. Grievance records are kept in our team's secured register (Google Sheets), accessible only to the office team.
